Fee Refund & Cancellation Policy
Official Bharti Vishwavidyalaya fee refund guidelines formulated in strict adherence with UGC Notification on Refund of Fees and Non-Retention of Original Certificates.
1. Overview & UGC Standard Schedule
Bharti Vishwavidyalaya follows a transparent, student-first fee refund schedule. In the event of a student withdrawing from an academic program prior to or after commencement of classes, fee refund percentages are calculated as follows:

| 30 days or less, but more than 15 days after last date of admission | 50% | 50% of total course tuition fee |
| More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission | 0% | No refund admissible |
2. Procedure for Withdrawal & Refund Claim
- Students must submit a formal written application addressed to the Academic Registrar or apply through the ERP Student Portal under Admission Cancellation.
- Refunds will be processed directly into the student or parent's verified bank account via NEFT/RTGS within 15 working days of approval.
- Original academic documents (10th/12th marksheets, TC, Migration Certificates) are returned immediately upon clearance.
3. Caution Deposit & Security Refund
Library and Hostel Caution Deposits are 100% refundable upon completion of the academic program or formal withdrawal, subject to submission of No Dues Certificate from relevant department heads.
