State Scholarship (Chhattisgarh Resident):
Must be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh. Annual family income threshold: ≤ Rs 2,50,000 for SC/ST, and ≤ Rs 1,00,000 for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer).
Central Sector Scholarship:
Supports meritorious students from economically weaker sections scoring > 80th percentile in 10+2. Family annual income limit ≤ Rs 8,00,000 per annum.

Nationalized and private banks provide education loan financing covering college fees, hostel charges, and study expenses.

Required Documents for Admission & Fee Concession
Important notification for students and parents: Carry all required original certificates along with 3 sets of self-attested photocopies for physical verification at the Vishwavidyalaya Admission Cell.
10th (Secondary) Marksheet & Certificate
Mandatory for Date of Birth & High School verification. Original + 3 self-attested photocopies.
12th (Higher Secondary) Marksheet
Mandatory for all UG Degree admissions (B.Tech, B.Pharm, BBA, BCA, LL.B, B.Sc). Original + 3 copies.
Graduation Degree & Consolidated Marksheet
Mandatory for PG admissions (MBA, MCA, LL.M, M.Pharm, M.Tech). All semester transcripts required.
Gap Certificate (If Applicable / Necessary)
Mandatory for candidates having an academic study gap of 1 or more years between previous qualification and current admission. Affidavit on ₹50 stamp paper issued by Notary Public.
Chhattisgarh Domicile Certificate (Niwas Praman Patra)
Required for state quota fee concessions and Post-Matric Scholarship eligibility.
Caste / Category Certificate (SC / ST / OBC)
Mandatory for reserved seat allotment and Govt scholarship quota. Non-creamy layer required for OBC.
Income Certificate (Aaya Praman Patra 2026-27)
Issued within current financial year. Family income < ₹2,50,000 for SC/ST, < ₹1,00,000 for OBC.
Transfer Certificate (TC) & Migration Certificate
Original TC & Migration from last attended School / Board / University.
Aadhar Card & Passport Photographs
Clear copy of Student Aadhar Card + 6 recent passport-size color photographs with white background.
