We have a strong and reputable team of faculty members. They are not only engaged at the frontiers of teaching and research but also are creating opportunities for our students to be mentored in all phases of the learning and research process. believe that the main mission of any teacher training faculty is to train teachers who will be confident in the classroom in front of all their students, who will have the ability to make the classes they teach attractive to children, and who will be able to work hard towards achieving these goals. I think that this is not just a distant dream but a mission that must be realized.
Faculty are dedicated to making knowledge matter and engaging in unfettered inquiry. The personalized attention, service learning opportunities, clinical practice, and field-based experiences, and caring community allow for a high level of interaction between students and faculty. Coupled with that, our professional and administrative staff are committed to helping students transition to the higher education environment and providing student support services to help them stay connected. Preparing educators and human service professionals is a collective endeavor so our students achieve their aspirations, are successful in their careers, and make a difference in our rapidly-changing and increasingly globalized society.
